Electrical Engineer Intern

Trideum Corporation is an employee-owned company providing engineering and customer support services for challenging missions. The Electrical Engineer Intern will help develop wireless communication technology by troubleshooting RF communications, automating test equipment, supporting RFML systems and algorithms, and contributing to prototype development while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

What you'll do:

• Work with multidisciplinary teams to troubleshoot RF communications using lab instrumentation
• Develop software for test equipment automation
• The role requires strong communication skills and collaboration across hardware and software groups
• Support the development of RFML systems and algorithms
• Support the design & development of Low-Rate Initial Production (LRIP) prototype efforts
• Collaborate with internal engineers, developers, designers and researchers
• Support client interactions
• Ability to travel 20%

What they're looking for:

• • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Physics, Math or related technical background
• • Must hold a GPA of 3.0 or higher from undergraduate program
• • Candidate must have excellent math skills and show good fundamentals in electromagnetics, programming, & digital signal processing
• • Strong problem-solving and desire to learn
• • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• • U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance is required
• • Experience with Rust, Verilog, DSP, Linux, Matlab/Python, Embedded Programming, and Link Budget Analysis is preferred
