Electrical Engineering Development Program (EE EDP 2027)

Emerson is a global leader in automation technology and software. The Electrical Engineering Development Program is a three-year rotational program for recent university graduates, providing engineering development, mentoring, formal training, and multifunctional experience. Participants will contribute to hardware design, embedded systems, software engineering, data science, product development, sustainability, and research for professional tools and related products.

What you'll do:

• Apply the latest technologies, equipment, and research facilities to bring your ideas to life
• Your responsibilities will consist of product development, sustainability, and research
• You will have the opportunity to develop new products for our customers, designed to meet their specific needs. These products include plumbing and electrical tools, accessories, and new market applications

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States. Sponsorship with not be provided for this role
• Engineering co-op or internship experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated strong leadership and technical skills
• Highly motivated and takes initiative
• GPA of 3.25 or above
