Electrical Engineering Intern

Novelis is a leading provider of sustainable aluminum solutions through recycling and rolling. The Electrical Engineering Intern will complete special projects, conduct research and data analysis, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate with engineers on cost-saving initiatives while gaining hands-on manufacturing experience.

What you'll do:

• Report out on projects to engineering team
• Responsible for seeking out data and do research to complete your project
• Investigate areas where improvements can be made
• Work with full time engineers to analyze and brainstorm potential cost saving projects

What they're looking for:

• · Enrolled in an accredited 4-year University
• · Must be a Sophomore, Junior, Senior, or recent Graduate
• · Interested in gaining hands-on industry experience prior to graduation
• · Effective interpersonal and communication skills which are essential for interacting with all levels of the organization
• · Must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer
• · Prefer students majoring in Electrical Engineering
• · Solid business insight
• · High interest in becoming an engineering leader in a manufacturing environment
• · Strong leadership and teamwork skills
