Electrical Engineering Internship

ISG is a multidisciplinary design firm focused on innovative engineering and design solutions in a collaborative, employee-owned environment. The Electrical Engineering Intern will gain hands-on experience supporting electrical engineering projects, using computer-aided design software, managing multiple assignments, and participating in professional development and mentorship activities.

What you'll do:

• Enrolled in a 2- or 4-year Electrical Drafting or Electrical Engineering program
• Become familiar with and produce work using computer aided software programs such as Revit
• Be accountable to other members of the team to complete assigned tasks and recognize performance of other team members
• Work on several projects at one time
• Must have strong communication, organization, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Bi-Weekly Workshops: Participate in sessions led by [Kinzee Miest](https://isginc.pinpointhq.com/admin/settings/templates/linkedin.com/in/mackinzee-miest) covering topics such as goal setting, elevating your strengths, and building confidence in a professional setting
• Mentorship: Receive guidance and support from a dedicated mentor who will help you navigate your internship
• Career Development: Gain insights into career paths and opportunities within the engineering field through coaching sessions with your team leaders
