Electrical Equipment Engineer

Hader Solutions is hiring an Electrical Equipment Engineer to provide technical expertise in electrical and control systems. The role designs, manages, and implements equipment solutions, improves equipment reliability, and supports continuous process improvement in a manufacturing environment.

What you'll do:

• Developing and managing E-Flow for investment projects, executing equipment improvements to enhance reliability, adhering to installation standards to improve MTBF and MTTR, and driving innovative engineering solutions to meet department goals
• Becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) by researching applications, introducing new technologies, and providing technical training for continuous process improvement
• Utilizing data analysis and customer feedback to identify issues, developing technical documentation for long-term production, and mentoring team members to enhance technical skills
• Identifying gaps related to equipment, leading improvement activities, and communicating technical knowledge internally and externally to strengthen department capabilities

What they're looking for:

• A bachelor's engineering degree or equivalent experience
• 0-6 years of engineering experience
• Strong communication, presentation, and Microsoft Office skills
• The ability to create technical presentations and teach others
