We search for technically brilliant individuals in engineering, software, and support fields who take ownership of their work, enjoy collaborating in teams, and have a laser focus on the details that drive excellence. ## Responsibilities: - Support systems design, development, fabrication, and testing of various electrical systems. - Embrace a hands-on learning approach and aspire to make a meaningful and impactful contribution to product development. - Draft, update, and procure with technical documents (mechanical part drawings, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, etc). - Conduct analog and digital circuit debug. - Perform circuit analysis. - Execute test work instructions. - Perform electrical evaluation and selection of instrumentation (temperature, pressure, position, etc). - Review test data and recommend changes to products and/or processes ## Minimum Qualifications: - Enrolled in Electrical Engineering or equivalent accredited program - Solid circuit theory fundamentals - Experienced with Altium schematic capture and PCB layout tool or equivalent. - Familiar with embedded C development. - Familiar with Spice simulation. - Proficient with using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers and LCR meters. - Detail oriented with an emphasis on design documentation and test summary report generation. - Passion for Blue’s Mission with a strong desire to continuously learn and improve. - Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. ## Preferred Qualifications: - Relevant internship/co-op and academic project experience that demonstrate development of both technical skills relevant to the internship as well as leadership qualities. - Hands-on project experience. - Co-curricular engagement.
