Electronics Engineering Intern

Danfoss Turbocor is a pioneer and global leader in oil-free centrifugal compressor technology. The Electronics Engineering Intern will support the design, testing, and validation of power electronics and embedded control systems while gaining hands-on experience in circuit design, laboratory testing, simulation, and product development.

What you'll do:

• Support the design, testing, and validation of power electronics and embedded control systems for next-generation compressor technologies
• Perform hands-on laboratory work, including using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other test equipment to measure and analyze system performance
• Build and modify electronics hardware by soldering components, assembling cables and harnesses, and creating connection diagrams
• Conduct circuit simulations and technical analyses to help evaluate design performance, reliability, and functionality
• Document results, prepare technical reports, and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to support product development and production activities

What they're looking for:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
• Foundational knowledge of electronic components and circuits, including op-amps, filters, capacitors, resistors, inductors, and transformers
• Understanding of electronics development concepts such as circuit design, PCB layout, simulation, analog-to-digital conversion, digital-to-analog conversion, control systems, and digital signal processing
