Employee and Labor Relations Specialist

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred; 3-5 years ER/labor relations experience, healthcare preferred; knowledge of FLSA, ADA, FMLA/CFRA, COBRA, OSHA; excellent communication; violence prevention training within 90 days.
