Eng, I - Engineering Development Program

Pella Corporation is offering an Engineering Development Program for early-career engineers. Participants complete rotational assignments across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and supply chain, applying engineering principles to business challenges while developing technical, leadership, communication, and project management skills.

What you'll do:

• Support engineering, manufacturing, and operations initiatives through project work and rotational assignments
• Develop technical expertise across multiple disciplines and technologies
• Apply engineering principles to solve business and operational challenges
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, products, quality, and operational performance
• Build relationships and learn from leaders across the organization
• Develop leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Contribute to projects that drive business results and support organizational goals
• Participants completing a Department Manager rotation may directly supervise factory hourly team members

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. Current students nearing graduation and early-career engineers with up to three years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply
• Strong academic performance and demonstrated leadership through coursework, student organizations, work experience, athletics, volunteer activities, or other experiences
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated project management, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments and future career opportunities within the organization
• Experience with AutoCAD, CAD, 3D modeling, or related engineering tools preferred
