Eng, I - Engineering Development Program

Pella Windows & Doors of Montana offers an Engineering Development Program designed to accelerate early-career engineers through rotational assignments, hands-on experience, technical development, and cross-functional exposure. Participants support engineering, manufacturing, operations, and supply chain initiatives while developing technical, leadership, communication, and project management skills.

What you'll do:

• Support engineering, manufacturing, and operations initiatives through project work and rotational assignments
• Develop technical expertise across multiple disciplines and technologies
• Apply engineering principles to solve business and operational challenges
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, products, quality, and operational performance
• Build relationships and learn from leaders across the organization
• Develop leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Contribute to projects that drive business results and support organizational goals

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. Current students nearing graduation and early-career engineers with up to three years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply
• Strong academic performance and demonstrated leadership through coursework, student organizations, work experience, athletics, volunteer activities, or other experiences
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated project management, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments and future career opportunities within the organization
• Experience with AutoCAD, CAD, 3D modeling, or related engineering tools preferred
