Engineer/Associate Engineer – AI & Automation Engineer

The AI and Automation Engineer will develop and deploy AI/ML models, build intelligent engineering assistants, automate design and simulation workflows, and create data-driven solutions for optimization and quality improvement.

What you'll do:

• Develop and deploy Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning models for design validation, process optimization, and simulation acceleration
• Build intelligent design assistants and co-pilot systems for engineers
• Automate design, routing, simulation, and validation workflows
• Create data pipelines integrating design, simulation, and manufacturing data
• Apply DOE, SPC, and ML-driven analytics for yield and quality improvement
• Collaborate across design, simulation, and manufacturing teams
• Translate engineering problems into scalable AI and automation solutions

What they're looking for:

• * Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Data Analytics
• * Proficiency in Python and engineering automation scripting
• * Experience with data pipelines, dashboards, and predictive models
• * Bachelor's/master's in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Semiconductor Engineering
• * Understanding of IC packaging, layout, routing, and simulation is preferred
• * Experience in semiconductor packaging or ASIC/DRAM/NAND domains
• * Exposure to digital twins or physics-informed ML
• * Experience building engineering-focused AI tools or platforms
