Engineering Intern

DCCM offers an internship program providing valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic, real-world environment. Interns gain exposure to various civil engineering disciplines and work closely with experienced engineers on active projects.

What you'll do:

• Gain exposure to a variety of civil engineering disciplines, including transportation, structural, water resources, roadway design, land development, and subsurface utility engineering
• Work closely with experienced engineers on active projects
• Develop practical skills and a deeper understanding of real-world engineering applications

What they're looking for:

• Student actively pursuing a four year or advanced degree in Civil Engineering
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment capabilities
• Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD or Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office Suite applications
