Engineering Intern

The Software Development Intern will support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of engineering tools, providing hands-on experience while collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver user-friendly solutions.

What you'll do:

• Assist with implementing enhancements, bug fixes, and minor feature updates based on business requirements and user feedback
• Collaborate with Product Development and other engineering departments, Commercial Excellence, and IT stakeholders to understand tool usage and functional needs
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and validation of tools to ensure quality and reliability
• Help document technical designs, workflows, and user instructions for supported tools
• Analyze issues reported by users and assist in troubleshooting and resolution

What they're looking for:

• Currently pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• Programming experience in one or more languages (e.g., C#, C++, Java, Python, or similar)
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, REST APIs) or application development concepts
• Understanding of databases and data concepts (SQL, relational data structures)
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
