About this role
The Timken Company is an industrial manufacturer focused on improving the efficiency and reliability of machinery. The Engineering Intern will support Manufacturing and Process Engineering project work at the Keene plant, including process evaluation, continuous improvement, and engineering solutions for systemic problems.
What you'll do:
- Provide support for Engineering within the plant. This includes but is not limited to:
- Observing/evaluating processes when required to establish accurate
- Assist with continuous improvement projects
- Implement engineering solutions to systemic problems
What they're looking for:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor degree program for Engineering or a related science
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written) and customer service oriented
- Highly organized and process-oriented
- Strong PC skills (MS Office)
- Analytical
- Project management experience
- US Citizenship or Green Card holder
