Engineering Internship

Epsilon is a global data, technology, and services company that supports the marketing and advertising ecosystem. The Engineering Intern will contribute to the design, development, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of scalable technical solutions while collaborating with engineering, product, and business partners.

What you'll do:

• Support the design and development of scalable, resilient applications, services, platforms, or technical solutions
• Participate in project planning, solution development, testing, troubleshooting, and implementation
• Contribute to proprietary products and technologies that help drive success for Epsilon’s clients
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business partners to understand requirements and develop effective solutions
• Help identify, investigate, and resolve technical issues
• Create or update technical documentation, testing materials, and project resources
• Gain exposure to a variety of technologies, engineering practices, and large-scale systems
• Present project progress, key learnings, and final outcomes to team members and program stakeholders

What they're looking for:

• A desire to learn new technologies, tools, and engineering practices
• A strong foundation in engineering, technical problem-solving, or software design fundamentals
• Strong communication and the ability to manage responsibilities and contribute in a team-oriented environment
• Programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, JavaScript, HTML, XML, or SQL
• Object-oriented design and development methodologies
• Linux or other operating environments
• Databases, APIs, cloud technologies, or data-processing tools
• Agile engineering or project-management methodologies
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's in computer science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Information Technology, or another related technical discipline
• Relevant coursework, academic projects, research, hackathons, technical clubs, or previous internship experience
• Familiarity with Agile methodology
• Demonstrated interest in building products or solving technical problems
