About this role

BAE Systems is committed to empowering recent college graduates through their Engineering Leadership Development Program (LDP). This program is designed to accelerate the development of high-potential individuals into future leaders through challenging rotational assignments, technical and leadership training, and mentorship.

What you'll do:

  • Gain experience through three, one-year onsite rotations; each with increasing responsibility
  • Participate in diverse set of experiences within Engineering areas and disciplines
  • Complete a technical Master's Degree Program with tuition assistance
  • Rotate primarily within the United States and Platforms and Services footprint
  • Participate in an annual leadership development conference and complete a technical and leadership curriculum

What they're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Demonstrated collaboration and leadership abilities in academic and non-academic pursuits
  • Internship/Co-Op or project experience in related field
  • Relocate during the rotational program at least once ensuring experience at a minimum of two of our facilities
  • Start at Sterling Heights, MI or Minneapolis, MN locations, with subsequent rotational possibilities including York, PA and Louisville, KY; all rotations will be onsite opportunities
  • Start your technical master's degree during the program with completion two years from your graduation
  • Some rotations may be required to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance
