About this role
Read, write, speak and understand English; 3-5 years hotel/institutional HVAC experience preferred; refrigeration/HVAC certification or journeyman experience; 2-3 years supervisory experience; working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, emergency, preventative maintenance systems; basic computer and administrative skills; meet minimum age requirement; valid driver's license preferred.
