About this role
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, data/analytics or related field; 2+ years enterprise IT or SaaS administration; hands-on experience with at least one enterprise AI assistant platform; user administration, license management, SSO, access controls, change management, and production support; ability to analyze usage and cost data; strong documentation and communication skills.
