Desirable Qualifications
- Mastery of enterprise data architecture practices, including modeling, metadata, lineage, and integration techniques.
- Applied expertise in data integration, high availability data services, cloud-based data technologies.
- Strong skills in analytics, Business Intelligence (BI)I, data lakes, data warehousing.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with cloud data platforms, such as Snowflake, and relational database management systems, such as Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience leading data governance programs, standards, and related policy development.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor team members of varying skill levels, participate in cross-functional teams and guide complex technical projects.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
