Entry-Level Financial Analyst

Acupath Laboratories is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Associate to support its accounting and financial analysis functions. The role assists with financial reporting, transaction updates, data analysis, budgeting and forecasting, accounting tasks, closing processes, and compliance with internal controls and policies.

What you'll do:

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Update bank and credit card transactions
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Perform basic accounting tasks such as journal entries, account reconciliations, and invoice processing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial information
• Assist senior accountants in the preparations of monthly and yearly closings
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with QuickBooks
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
