Entry Level Full Stack Developer

SkillStorm develops technology talent for Fortune 100 enterprises and U.S. government agencies through paid training and client deployment. The Entry Level Full Stack Developer will complete hands-on training and then build, improve, test, troubleshoot, and support software applications while collaborating with stakeholders and development teams.

What you'll do:

• Build and improve applications using your client's languages, frameworks, and tools
• Write clean, efficient, well-organized code that meets professional standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects, and provide technical support
• Take part in code reviews, giving and receiving constructive feedback
• Work with stakeholders to turn business requirements into technical specifications
• Support testing and production deployments, and maintain technical documentation
• Stay current on industry tools and techniques through ongoing training

What they're looking for:

• A bachelor's degree in a related technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or similar)
• At least 1 year of technical work experience
• Working knowledge of programming fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, databases and SQL, and software development in an object-oriented language like Java or C#
• Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning skills
• Clear written and verbal communication with teammates and stakeholders
• The ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. on SkillStorm's W2 (no C2C arrangements)
