Entry Level Healthcare Recruiter

Clinical Management Consultants is a healthcare recruitment firm hiring an Entry-Level Healthcare Recruiter. The role connects healthcare organizations with nursing leadership candidates, manages searches from client intake through accepted offers, and develops client and candidate relationships through sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting, and negotiations.

What you'll do:

• Develop and manage relationships with healthcare clients through consultative business development
• Learn each client’s hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies
• Research healthcare markets and identify high-potential candidates
• Source, screen, and interview nursing leadership professionals
• Present qualified candidate shortlists to clients
• Guide clients and candidates through compensation discussions and offer negotiations
• Maintain organized and accurate candidate and client pipelines in our proprietary CRM
