Entry-Level Product Management Analyst - EviCore - Remote

Cigna Healthcare is seeking an Entry-Level Product Management Analyst to support EviCore Health Services initiatives. The role focuses on process analysis, operational efficiency, product-related documentation, business requirements, client implementations, issue resolution, reporting, and training support.

What you'll do:

• Analyze and optimize processes to evaluate program performance and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
• Develop presentations and deliver data-driven insights to support program manager communications with clients and senior leadership
• Design and maintain enablement processes and documentation (including SmartSheet) and project plans for key initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of product-related changes and impacts
• Gather and validate business requirements and oversee the implementation of program enhancements across EviCore’s systems, processes, and applications
• Provide advanced issue resolution support by diagnosing root causes, troubleshooting, and implementing solutions to mitigate future risks
• Serve as the primary liaison for client implementations, representing CE Products as the single point of contact throughout the process
• Perform additional duties as needed to support evolving business objectives including but, not limited to pulling reports and/or pathway development
• Assist with operational training preparation for interdepartmental staff interacting with the program
