About this role
IBM is a technology and consulting company that develops infrastructure, cloud, and AI solutions for businesses. The Entry-Level Product Manager will support IBM Infrastructure’s Growth & Innovation team by driving product strategy, market analysis, lifecycle planning, product launches, and continuous improvement through cross-functional collaboration.
What you'll do:
- 1) Drive the planning, development, and execution of product initiatives across the product lifecycle
- 2) Conduct market research, gather customer insights, and perform competitive analysis to inform product strategy and prioritization
- 3) Define product requirements and partner with engineering and design teams to deliver compelling customer experiences
- 4) Monitor product performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve adoption, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes
- 5) Evaluate industry trends, emerging technologies, and market opportunities to drive innovation and strategic growth
- 6) Collaborate with sales, marketing, and ecosystem partners to support successful product launches and go-to-market execution
- 7) Leverage product management frameworks, data-driven insights, and customer feedback to continuously improve products and processes

- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Interest in product or offering management, digital transformation, or enterprise IT services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional, global teams
- Familiarity with hybrid cloud, AI, or infrastructure technologies is a plus
- Ability to drive relentlessly towards a business target
- Must be a self-starter with an excellent ability to work independently
- Master's Degree
- Pursuing a Master's Degree in: Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Information Technology, Data Sciences or related majors
- The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated curiosity and adaptability in learning new technologies as well as have experience with:
- Product lifecycle management, project management discipline, agile development, or service design
