About this role
The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Product Analyst to support the development and enhancement of software products and system features. The role involves defining integration projects, gathering requirements, designing user interfaces, creating technical documentation, coordinating testing, and troubleshooting software issues.
What you'll do:
- Work closely with internal teams and third-party partners to define integration projects
- Gather requirements
- Support the development and rollout of new features
- Conceptualizing and designing user interfaces
- Creating technical documentation
- Developing and executing test plans
- Coordinating testing with third-party companies
- Troubleshooting software issues reported by customers and internal departments
