Entry Level Recruiter

Home Genius Exteriors is a rapidly growing company looking for motivated individuals to join their remote recruiting team. In this role, you will connect with candidates, host virtual sessions, and guide them through the hiring process, all while enjoying a flexible schedule and opportunities for growth.

What you'll do:

• Host engaging 30–45 minute virtual info sessions with small groups of candidates
• Conduct one-on-one conversations to answer questions and assess fit
• Communicate with confidence, professionalism, and positive energy
• Manage follow-ups, scheduling, and documentation
• Represent our company’s culture and values in every conversation

What they're looking for:

• Strong communication and public speaking skills
• Comfortable presenting to small groups or on camera
• Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-driven
• Tech-savvy and organized while working independently
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Recruiting experience a plus!
