Entry Level Recruiter

Improveit Home Remodeling is a growing home improvement company expanding into new markets and products. The Entry-Level Sales Recruiter will identify, attract, screen, and coordinate candidates for sales roles across multiple markets while managing candidate pipelines and improving recruitment processes.

What you'll do:

• Screen candidates through phone interviews to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
• Send assessments to select candidates, ensuring they make it through this critical stage of the candidate funnel and on to the first interview
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and develop tailored strategies to attract the best talent
• Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, providing support and guidance to both candidates and hiring managers
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system
• Continuously evaluate and improve our recruitment processes to streamline efficiency and enhance the candidate’s experience
• Update our applicant tracking system as candidates move through the pipeline
• Enter your daily/weekly stats in our reporting system

• Gritty, driven and self-motivated, with a whatever-it-takes mindset as it relates to crushing goals
• Previous sales or recruiting experience, a plus – but not required
