Entry-level Recruiter (English/Mandarin)

YQN Logistics is an international logistics services platform providing cross-border freight and supply chain solutions. The company is seeking bilingual entry-level recruiters to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

What you'll do:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications
• Manage interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams
• Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and manage the onboarding process
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment-related activities and candidate statuses
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and hiring

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bilingual in Chinese is highly preferred
