Entry Level Sales Operations and Analytics

Boulder Connect is hiring a Sales Operations and Analytics Associate to support sales efforts through CRM data management, reporting, and performance analysis. The role collaborates with Business Development and Program teams and provides insights to inform sales strategies and communicate impact.

What you'll do:

• Maintain accurate CRM data to support sales efforts
• Build reports and dashboards to monitor performance and trends
• Analyze data to inform national and regional sales strategies with corporate partners
• Collaborate with Business Development and Program teams
• Manage sales pipelines and track progress against goals
• Prepare presentations and impact summaries to communicate insights
