This role is responsible for supporting and maintaining Epic%27s application infrastructure while leading technical projects that enhance system performance, interoperability, and end-user experience across the healthcare enterprise. The successful candidate will provide administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of critical Epic technologies, primarily EPIC MyChart, and including Printing Services, Web Blob, Interconnect, Care Everywhere, Hyperspace Performance, Hyperspace Web, Kuiper, System Pulse, Telemedicine integrations, EpicCare Link, and Epic Hello World.
