About this role
JPMorganChase is a global financial institution providing banking, markets, securities services, and payments solutions. The Analyst will support the execution, pricing, allocation, and distribution of equity and equity-linked capital markets transactions while coordinating with internal teams, clients, and investors. The role also involves analyzing allocation data, preparing decision-support materials, and monitoring aftermarket performance.
What you'll do:
- Support the execution and syndication of equity capital markets transactions, including IPOs, follow-ons, block trades, and convertible bond offerings
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Trading, Investment Banking, Operations, and Legal to coordinate ECM transaction execution, manage timelines and deliverables, and drive clear, consistent deal communications
- Analyze and summarize allocation data for senior bankers, preparing actionable insights and materials to support decision-making on distribution and investor positioning
- Assist with pricing analysis and aftermarket performance tracking, monitoring trading performance and key market indicators to inform internal updates
What they're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, finance, or a related field
- Strong accounting, finance, quantitative, and business writing skills
- Knowledge of capital markets and the ECM execution function
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients, and key stakeholders across lines of business
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team environment
- SIE, Series 7, Series 63, and Series 79 licenses, or willingness to obtain within the first 90 days of start date
- Prior experience in an investment banking front office or related role
