As part of our Summer Internship Program cohort, you’ll participate in orientation, networking events, development workshops, and volunteer activities. You’ll work side by side with talented teams to learn about the business and contribute to meaningful initiatives. As an ETF Product Development Intern, you’ll play an active role in driving the growth of Invesco’s ETF business. You’ll work closely with the ETF Product Strategy & Research teams, applying your analytical skills to tackle real-world challenges and advance key strategic priorities for ETFs and other innovative investment products. ## What you’ll do - Research & Analysis: Help create and update product and market outlook materials by conducting research and analysis. - Competitive Insights: Support product development by analyzing the ETF competitive landscape and identifying trends. - Sales Support: Work with Product Strategists to provide analytical insights that respond to internal sales inquiries. - Reporting & Trend Analysis: Run internal reports, spot key trends, and summarize findings for senior leaders. - Collaboration with Index Providers: Coordinate data analysis to support new product ideas and innovation. - Project Variety: Contribute to ad hoc projects and assist with U.S. ETF product launches and updates. ## Minimum Qualifications - Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program and a Junior graduating by summer of 2028 - Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale - Proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, advanced functions) and PowerPoint - Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving - Genuine interest in financial markets, asset management, and ETFs - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational abilities, leadership qualities, and interpersonal skills - Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment - Highly self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented - Must be able to work in one of Invesco’s offices where the program is available ## Preferred Qualifications - Familiarity with programming languages such as R, Python, or VBA is a plus - Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau - Understanding of AI applications (e.g., chatbots, predictive analytics)
