Event Delivery & Install Crew (Flexible Schedule)

Cedar & Spice is a creative design and fabrication studio that transforms big ideas into unforgettable, Instagram-worthy brand activations across the Midwest. What started in a garage in 2018 has grown into a full workshop where a tight-knit team of designers, artists, and fabricators push each other to learn new skills, explore fresh concepts, and bring ambitious projects to life. We approach every build with creativity, craftsmanship, and problem-solving, and take pride in our ability to create something new using materials almost entirely harvested from previous projects.

• Flexible part-time hours that fit around school schedules

• Project-based shifts with both weekday and weekend work available

• Eligible for extra hours through our on-call Standby Squad

Salary/Wage Range:

Hourly $17.00 to $20.00

Position Summary/Job Duties:

As part of our Delivery & Install Crew, you’ll safely transport and set up creative brand activations. Every install is unique, ranging from mini-golf courses to Foam sculptures to large-scale scenic elements. You’ll load vehicles, drive to event sites, unload and set up displays, troubleshoot on site, and make sure every install looks flawless. You’ll be the face of Cedar & Spice at events, working directly with clients and coordinating finals vision with our design team. This role is active, team-oriented, and a great fit for anyone who enjoys problem-solving and seeing creative projects come to life.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Comfortable driving larger vehicles 

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects safely

• Strong problem-solving skills and client-friendly attitude

• Reliable, punctual, and a good team player

Physical Demands

Lifting/moving up to 50 lbs regularly. Standing, bending, and moving in varied environments
