To provide secretarial services and administrative support to designated senior executives as assigned. To perform all duties in a professional manner, emphasizing discretion and confidentiality. The ability to communicate with visitors, patients, physicians, co-workers, and health System Management in a professional, courteous, friendly, caring, manner in keeping with the established values of Mercy. In addition, this individual should be a self-starter, able to accomplish assigned task efficiently and effectively, working independently, using initiative and making decisions where appropriate. This position is fully onsite in Chesterfield, MO
Monday - Friday
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Previous experience and work background of providing clerical support to executive or management staff personnel. Building dashboards and tracking KPIs.
