Experience Management Intern

H.B. Fuller is a global adhesives, coatings, and sealants company. The Experience Management Intern will support strategic customer experience initiatives by analyzing customer insights, updating experience-related materials, developing improvement actions, collaborating across teams, and presenting recommendations to senior leadership.

What you'll do:

• Analyze customer and stakeholder input to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities across key customer experience projects
• Integrate findings into project or continuous improvement roadmap(s)
• Partner with strategic product management and marketing teams to develop actions plans that will deliver progress toward strategic, organic growth targets across 32 global market segments
• Collaborate across Digital CX teams and H.B. Fuller commercial groups to ensure alignment and accuracy
• Prepare and present key findings and recommendations to senior leadership

What they're looking for:

• Currently pursuing bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent
• High proficiency with a range of computer systems and tools
• Experience using Canva and other content creation and graphic design tools
• Must be detailed oriented, and able to be a self-starter in order to complete projects
• Prior internship experience a plus
