Position: Experienced Canvassers, Team Leaders and Canvass Managers

If you have team leader or management experience-Lead and scale a high-performing door-to-door canvassing team in a fast-growing environment. You’ll drive team development, territory strategy, and consistent lead generation to fuel company growth.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, manage and motivate a team of canvassers.
• Plan neighborhood routes and daily field schedules.
• Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing coaching.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Canvassing Manager, Canvassing Supervisor, or Canvassing Team Leader in Home Improvement Industry.
