Experienced Driver Processing & Onboarding Specialist position at Pure Freight Lines Role Overview: The Driver Processing & Onboarding Specialist supports growth by managing post-offer processing and onboarding. This role is responsible for compliance verification, driver documentation, and coordinating seamless handoffs between Recruiting, Safety, and Orientation to ensure high retention and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Driver Processing: Manage post-offer workflows, collect and verify compliance documentation, and review MVR, PSP, Clearinghouse, and background reports. Onboarding Coordination: Partner with internal teams to resolve bottlenecks, communicate requirements to candidates, maintain audit-ready files, and support orientation logistics. System & Data Management: Maintain real-time accuracy in Tenstreet and applicant records, track pipeline status, and identify process improvements. Retention Support: Set clear expectations with new drivers, assist throughout the onboarding window, and uphold company standards for safety and professionalism. Team Support: Serve as operational backup during high-volume periods and share feedback to improve hiring velocity and quality. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in recruiting operations, talent processing, compliance coordination, or high-volume administrative support (transportation/logistics preferred). Familiarity with driver qualification processes, Tenstreet, MVRs, PSP, and Clearinghouse. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadline pressure. Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience with Tenstreet is a must. Position Details: Compensation: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour (commensurate with experience). Location: Remote (for qualified candidates).
