What You Can Earn

• Uncapped commission after training — your performance drives your income.

• Top performers have the opportunity to earn $100,000+ annually.

• Weekly pay, promotional incentives, and additional sales opportunities throughout the year.

• $1,000 in milestone bonuses: $500 at 6 months and $500 at 1 year for eligible associates meeting expectations.

Who We’re Looking For

• Previous commission, furniture, mattress, automotive, wireless, jewelry, appliance, or other high-ticket sales experience strongly preferred.

• A proven ability to connect with customers, identify needs, recommend solutions, and confidently ask for the sale.

• Competitive, goal-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.

• Strong follow-up habits and willingness to actively manage leads, appointments, and repeat business.

• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

• Own the customer experience from the first conversation through purchase and post-sale follow-up.

• Guide customers through furniture selection, promotions, financing options, protection plans, ordering, and delivery communication.

• Build strong product knowledge and use it to recommend solutions that fit each customer’s needs and budget.

• Actively manage leads from in-store, phone, text, and digital channels and turn opportunities into appointments and sales.

• Maintain accurate sales orders and support a professional, welcoming showroom environment.
