Our 10-week summer internship program (May 24 – July 30, 2027) immerses you in real-world retail operations. You'll work directly with industry experts across our stores, distribution centers, and corporate offices, gaining practical experience through hands-on projects that make meaningful contributions to our business and communities. ## What You Will Learn - Prototype experimental software solutions using modern languages and platforms (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Swift, Unity). - Explore innovative applications of emerging technologies like artificial intelligence, computer vision, and augmented reality. - Learn and apply design thinking and rapid prototyping methodologies to validate ideas quickly. - Collaborate in innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and product managers. - Present findings and demo prototypes to key stakeholders, gaining visibility and feedback. - Understand how innovation is fostered in a corporate tech environment and contribute to shaping future products and services. ## Minimum Qualifications - Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, Data Science, or related field. - Expected graduation dates of December 2028, May 2029, December 2029, or May 2030. ## Preferred Skills/Experience - 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher - Curiosity for emerging technologies and a passion for innovation - Familiarity with one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, C#, Kotlin) - Exposure to innovation frameworks such as design thinking, agile development, or rapid prototyping - Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills - Previous internship or project experience in a creative or technical environment is a plus
