Facilities Electrical Engineer (Multiple Levels)

Bluegrass Stream is seeking an Electrical Engineer to lead multidisciplinary facility electrical projects involving assessment, design, coordination, and implementation. The role also manages project progress, resolves operational issues, supports long-term planning, and oversees maintenance and operational support to optimize facility performance.

What you'll do:

• Lead multi-disciplinary facility electrical projects, including assessment, design, coordination, and implementation of electrical infrastructure and systems such as PLCs, drives, motors, and utility management
• Managing project scope, monitoring progress, resolving operational issues, and ensuring compliance with codes and standards
• Analyzing current systems, recommending improvements, supporting long-term planning, and overseeing maintenance and operational support to optimize facility performance

What they're looking for:

• A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 1-8+ years of experience in industrial electrical systems, utility management, and project management
• Strong knowledge of electrical utilities, building codes, and industry standards such as NFPA, NEC, OSHA
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with project management tools, AutoCAD/Revit, and asset management software
