Facilities Electrical Engineer (Multiple Levels)

RG&T Solutions is seeking a Facilities Electrical Engineer to lead multidisciplinary facility electrical engineering projects. The role focuses on designing, coordinating, and implementing electrical systems, managing utilities and projects, supporting maintenance, and ensuring operational efficiency, safety, compliance, and quality.

What you'll do:

• Project Management: Develop and communicate operational plans, monitor progress, resolve operational issues, and ensure timely project completion. Manage scope, resources, and standardize electrical projects
• Technical Expertise: Act as SME for electrical systems (PLC, drives, motors, utilities), collaborating with contractors to meet design, code, and performance standards
• Facility Analysis & Improvement: Assess current operations, recommend maintenance strategies, evaluate standards, and support long-term investment planning
• Utility & System Management: Oversee utility infrastructure, assess capacity, plan outages, and explore innovative technologies. Manage budgets and contracts, ensuring compliance and quality
• Operational Support & Maintenance: Coordinate preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and support facility operations using technical knowledge

What they're looking for:

• • Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related field; PE license preferred
• • 1-8+ years' experience in electrical utility systems, construction, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• • Knowledge of industry standards (NFPA, NEC, OSHA), building codes, and alternative energy sources
• • Proficiency in project management, technical drawings, and software tools (AutoCad, Maximo, SKM)
• • Strong communication, collaboration, and multitasking skills
