About this role
Performs various activities of complex nature such as the installation, operation, maintenance, repair, and overhaul of boilers, hydronic boilers, boiler auxiliaries, diesel generators, electrical distribution and controls, pneumatic tube system, sterilizers, laundry equipment, facilities equipment, pumps, compressors, air handling equipment, chillers, refrigeration systems, nurse call system, patient care equipment (i.e., electric/hydraulic beds, surgery tables, stretchers, wheelchairs and other related equipment), kitchen equipment, automatic doors, fire alarm systems, snow removal equipment and hospital vehicles (trucks, cars, front-end loaders, lawn mowers and sweepers). Orders parts as needed. Responsible for all work as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
- Within 3 years of hire National Boiler Operator Grade II License - State County City Trade License Authority or
- Within 3 years of hire National Boiler Operator Grade I License - State County City Trade License Authority.
- 4 years' experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Electronics or equivalent education/experience.
