Has specialized knowledge in commercial construction. Is able to interpret highly complex, detailed blueprints. Provides guidance to less experienced employees. Maintains awareness of construction schedules and deadlines and provides status to management. Responds to trouble calls and resolves a variety of complex problems. Is able to use a wide variety of complex test equipment. Has extensive knowledge in all aspects of repair and maintenance of plant and office facilities equipment. Is able to interpret complex and detailed schematics and diagrams. Provides guidance to less experienced employees. Provides technical expertise in the evaluation of products or equipment and makes recommendations. Has specialized knowledge in the use of all hand and power tools to construct, renovate and repair facilities and equipment. Provides guidance to less experienced employees. Provides training to peers and/or customers on the use of equipment.
