About this role
Family Futures is an organization dedicated to supporting children and families in reaching their full potential. They are seeking a Data and Technology Intern to assist with rebuilding and optimizing their website, as well as other data and technology tasks that support their staff and programs.
What you'll do:
- Writing PHP/HTML/CSS/Javascript code
- Creating WordPress child theme(s)
- Creating WordPress functions/plugins
- Archiving current and past website assets
What they're looking for:
- Experience with WordPress
- Experience with HTML
- Experience with CSS
- Experience with Javascript and related libraries
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Detail oriented
- At least 15 hours per week
- Experience with WordPress Divi theme builder
- Experience with PHP
- Experience with SQL
Benefits:
- Interns will receive a $500 stipend to help cover costs related to the internship (food, housing, transportation)
