Fall 2026 Internship - Retail Operations

vineyard vines is a highly successful American clothing and accessory retailer seeking motivated college students for a Fall 2026 Internship in Retail Operations. Interns will assist in day-to-day operations, support various departments, and handle administrative tasks within the office.

What you'll do:

• Help with facilities tickets in the retail division
• Sourcing vendors out to sites that need day-to-day maintenance
• Help logistics of New Store Openings, such as booking travel, reserving hotels, ordering Staples supplies, and shipping items from the office
• Analyze key performance indicators across the retail business
• Produce and analyze WFM exception reporting (i.e., hours usage and efficiency, attendance-related infractions, missed punches, timecard approval, sign-off, and store audit results) escalating concerns and anomalies
• Support the team with operational initiatives and process improvements
• Monitor store compliance on assigned operational tasks
• Understand and adhere to all policies related to the organization
• Ad hoc projects and responsibilities as needed
