Amtrak is a railroad company focused on connecting businesses and communities across the country. The Choose & Book ART Support Intern will improve product management practices through backlog analysis, documentation, portfolio reporting, dashboards, and customer research. The intern will deliver recommendations and tools that support product planning, transparency, and decision-making.

What you'll do:

• Develop product documentation, reporting, dashboards, and research deliverables that improve visibility into the Choose & Book portfolio and support Program Increment planning activities
• Analyze customer, market, and delivery information, document findings, and present recommendations to product leadership as part of a structured internship experience
• Contribute to the Choose & Book product team by conducting customer and market research, improving product documentation, creating status reports and dashboards, and helping maintain product planning artifacts
• Develop an understanding of Agile product management while producing deliverables that improve product visibility, planning readiness, and team effectiveness

What they're looking for:

• Must be actively pursuing a degree at an accredited educational institution
• Must be actively pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Information Systems, Marketing, or Computer Science
• Must have at least 1 year of academic undergraduate studies completed or a sophomore status at minimum
• Must have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher
