Fall 2026 Strategy Intern

Bobcat Company is a leading global manufacturer of construction and agricultural equipment, committed to empowering people to accomplish more. They are seeking a Fall 2026 Strategy Intern to conduct market research, support business evaluations, and collaborate on strategic initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in a corporate setting.

What you'll do:

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify industry trends, market dynamics, and potential growth opportunities
• Support the evaluation of business opportunities and strategic partnerships through research, benchmarking, and analysis
• Collect, organize, and analyze data to generate actionable business insights and support decision-making
• Develop reports, dashboards, presentations, and other materials to communicate findings and recommendations effectively
• Assist with strategy and business development projects by conducting research, tracking progress, and supporting project execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members on strategic initiatives and ad hoc analytical projects
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate business challenges and opportunities
• Support the preparation of business cases, market assessments, and strategic recommendations
• Maintain accurate research data, documentation, and project records.Present research findings and insights in a clear, concise, and professional manner to stakeholders

What they're looking for:

• Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing seeking a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Mathematics or related field
• Comfortable presenting analysis and research to senior managers
• Be able to commit to Bobcat for the entire term of the co-op (8 months) or internship (4 months)
• Be able to adapt to working in a corporate setting
• Be able to independently work through a project from start to finish with limited supervision, as well as have the skills to work collaboratively on a team
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Team player, fast learner, and adaptable to change
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills is a must
• Basic computer skills
• Travel Required: <10%
