Due to the available budget allocated for this position, the hiring rate will not exceed $22.79 per hour.

The Family Assistance Analyst will:
- Process complex eligibility determinations for multiple income support programs and provide employment assistance to a diverse population.
How does it get done?
The Family Assistance Analyst is responsible for:
- Providing case management in compliance with federal and state regulations, performance measures, and mandated timeliness;
- Coordinating client utilization of multiple public assistance programs which, on occasion, contain conflicting eligibility criteria.
Who are the customers?
- Income Support Division (ISD) clients and management.
Ideal Candidate
The Ideal Candidate has experience:
- Providing eligibility determination and interviewing clients assessing income potential based on language, vocational skills, education level, training needs and employment history.
Minimum Qualification
Employment Requirements
Must obtain a Defensive Driving certification.
