Responsibilities


Mayo Clinic Health System is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our established primary care practice in Tomah, Wisconsin. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a stable, high-quality Family Medicine group supported by the resources and expertise of Mayo Clinic Health System.

Position Highlights

  • Fulltime outpatient practice or a mix of outpatient/inpatient practice with inpatient work in Sparta
  • Minimum 4.5 workdays per week
  • Full backup from all subspecialties
  • Collaborative, team-based care environment

Practice Details

This practice opportunity offers a stable, high-quality Family Medicine group practice in Tomah, Wisconsin. The Tomah Clinic receives support from Mayo Clinic Health System's main clinic and hospital in La Crosse, Wisconsin, located just 45 miles away. For physicians interested in inpatient care, Sparta Hospital is a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital that offers:

  • Same-day surgery services
  • Telemetry unit with cardiac monitoring
  • Cardiorespiratory services
  • Comprehensive ancillary and support services

Qualifications


Qualifications: Must be Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine and have or able to obtain a Wisconsin Medical License.
