The RN will guide clinical compliance, support quality improvement initiatives, and collaborate with partners to strengthen service delivery for individuals and families.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee all clinical aspects of the Title X Family Planning Program. Maintain and update the Title X Clinical Family Planning Manual and recommend policy changes aligned with national guidelines and best practices.

- Review, interpret, and share clinical data reports to inform program decisions and improvements.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and technical support to contractors on direct service operations, including billing processes, clinic workflows, and documentation standards.
- Identify and address quality improvement needs through clinical monitoring, chart audits, and data analysis.
- Coordinate required training for contractors and monitor completion and compliance with all training components.
